1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Intimate devices and adult toys

  • Lingerie and undergarments (including panties, and bras)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with damaged packaging or missing hygiene seals

Please ensure you check sizing, product descriptions, and compatibility before placing your order.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Keep the item unused and in its original packaging where applicable

  • Submit your request within 7 days of receiving the order

Once approved, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

  • Refunds will be processed using your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same product, please

5. Shipping Costs

  • We do not refund shipping fees on returned orders unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • If a return is approved and requires courier pickup, we will communicate the return process and any applicable logistics charges.
