Shipping Policy

At Fascination Boutique, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and discreetly. Please read our Shipping Policy below for details on delivery times, fees, and tracking information.

 

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping throughout South Africa. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

2. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents inside. Your parcel will not display the name "Fascination Boutique" or any reference to intimate products.

 

3. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

4. Shipping Options & Fees

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Courier Delivery: 2–5 business days
    Flat rate: R150 (free for orders over R800)

Please note: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's progress. If you have not received this, please contact us at [insert email address].

 

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues such as:

  • Delayed or missing parcels

  • Incorrect delivery details

  • Damaged packaging upon arrival

Please contact us at [insert email address or phone number] within 48 hours of receiving your delivery or expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

 

7. Click & Collect (Optional)

If you are based in the Knysna area, we offer a Click & Collect option. Simply choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

 

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it was not collected from the courier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
